I still can't work out how you use the mirror tool. Thanks aNDY for your comment. I did a new try with the suggested structure. Here is the result this time, it took me 15 minutes ;-.

This is my latest effort using key frame animation but it will not animate as a gif. To see it in all it's glory you will have to go here. Very nice animation aNDY. I like also your animation Deeuk.
Using plug-ins PhotoPlus supports non-automated Adobe Photoshop-compatible plug-in filters. Any such industry-standard filters located in your PhotoPlus Plugins folder will appear on the Effects menu.

This is an interesting thread, I love all the attempts and how you all got there. In DrawPlus X2 there isn't an easy way I can think off but if your interested I will be more than happy to show you how I got there. Maybe if you could let us know how you want to use it and the type of effect from those above.
With Actionscript in X2, just about anything would be possible, including a very advanced kaleidoscope effect, using masks and scripting It would take some serious looking into. I set the Number of Mirrors to 16 and the Input to degrees. You can set these values to whatever you want. In the Layers Panel , turn off the kaleidoscope layer. Then, select the original picture. Take the brush and select the woman and her purse. If you select an unwanted area, press and hold the ALT key and go over that area to deselect it. When you get to the shoe area, include the shadows of the shoe too.
After selecting the woman and her purse, go to the Context Toolbar and hit Refine.
